Program Notes:
Mozart's concerto for clarinet is one of the most famous for the instrument. This transcription of the first movement was prepared in July 2018 on behalf of my dear friend Colby Spengler for performance in August 2018 with the Peoria Municipal Band, Dr. David Vroman, conductor.
