Program Notes:

Chuck Steck approached me in January 2026 with a pair of marches he found that were written by prior La Porte City Band director J.C. Lucas. He asked if I would be interested in editing this work to be performed by the La Porte City Band in summer 2026 to celebrate the USA's 250th anniversary - to which I of course agreed!
